Truffles
Our truffles are hand-made in molds using Belgian and Swiss chocolates. All are sof-center ganache chocolates using either infusions, French purees or liquors for flavor. All shells are dark chocolate except where noted.

Caramels
Our caramel is made by hand in small batches using our own special process to bring out the best flavor and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. It is hand cut and dupped in dark chocolate.
